operate, upgrade, and purchase.

NEW: 4th generation TOTAL RECALL recorders now include back-up archiving to USB devices, CD/DVD or network drive, and SNMP Alarms. Warranty has expanded to 2 Years (up to 5 year extended plans are available), other updates and full features standard with 3rd generation TOTAL RECALL recorders.

(Note: This page covers our most popular off-the-shelf TRL & TRR recorders. If your application requires the advanced Analog/VoIP/ISDN capabilities of our TRVR-LinX-Omnia recorders: CLICK HERE.)

Automatic Recording of ALL Calls - Total Recall will automatically capture and securely record all phone and radio conversations for you to play back whenever verification is required. Total Recall can also be used as a training and evaluation tool for staff who regularly conduct business with customers by telephone and two-way radio.

Large Capacity Database - If a dispute or emergency arises, you can recall relevant recordings from the Total Recall database which holds up to the most recent 190,000 channel hours of conversations. Recordings can be selected by date, time, phone number or channel number for rapid retrieval and replay.

Stylish Desktop or Rack Mount Units - Providing simultaneous recording for up to 60 channels, you can monitor live conversations, play back, or archive to disk while recording. You can view channel activity, monitor conversations, search, play, and email conversations from multiple recorders on a single network on a single PC screen using the supplied Remote Manager and Record on Demand PC software.

Multiple Recording Inputs - The popular Total Recall classic (TRL+TRR) are available from USA stock and will record from any line level audio source on a channel selective basis, including telephone, two-way and broadcast radio, microphone, intercom and more. It is also possible to ‘live monitor’  conversations directly at the recorder and via its network connection. Channel inputs are standard modular phone jacks that are compatible with a wide variety of accessory cables and adapters, such as the inexpensive TC4-XX phone line cables and TSA-XXX for connecting to analog and digital phones. Special order recorders provide for direct VoIP (SIP, H-323), ISDN, T1, E1, and PRI channel inputs.

Playback Options - Selected recordings can be replayed at the recorder via an internal speaker, an external speaker or headphones. For replay on a PC, Remote Manager software provides network access to the recorder and recordings archived to CD/DVD/Blu-ray/USB-drive/LAN-drive and converts recordings for replay on a PC. It also enables the transfer of recordings as .wav, .mp3, or encrypted .trc files via email and to folders on the PC, LAN server, etc. Calls may also be monitored, played, or searched and played directly from the PC when it is connected to a Total Recall via its built-in LAN.

Archive for Security - Calls that need to be retained for longer periods can be automatically or selectively archived using the recorder's built-in CD/DVD drive and USB port and kept indefinitely. Individual calls, or groups of calls, may also be manually selected or tagged and copied to disk. An inexpensive CD-R will hold up to 180 conversation hours, a DVD+RW disk holds up to 1,000 hours. The number of recordings stored to USB drives is limited by the available data space on the drive. Selected recordings can also be copied through a network connection and converted to .wav or .mp3 files.

Remote Manager and Record on Demand software are included with all recorders. You can access recordings over a network, from a single PC, or phone line using a modem. They provide for remote search, playback, live monitoring, copying calls to the client PC for emailing, etc. Remote Manager is also used to search, play and email recordings directly from the archive CD-Rs, DVDs, and USB or LAN drives on any PC running Windows 2000/XP/Vista-32/Vista-64/Win-7/8.
